The appetizer will feature Bourbon Brown Sugar Bacon. Our winter salad will delight with a bourbon vinaigrette. The Bourbon Glazed Steak Slices on Cheesy Polenta will star, and that great main dish will be served with Bourbon Glazed Carrots. For dessert? You guessed it! Bourbon and chocolate! What a spirited evening it will be!

You just can’t beat an evening at a French Bistro, and this time, you need to only pull up a chair and enjoy every bite. No passport needed. For an appetizer, we will begin with Gruyere Cheese Twists. The Creamy French Chicken Tarragon, served with a French Style Pilaf Rice will quickly become one of your all-time favorite dishes. Braised Leeks with Haricot Verts will round out the meal. The French are known for desserts and this time, we will feature Mille Feuille (A Napoleon Dessert.) Come join us for dinner! Bon appétit!

It is a foolproof feast that is sure to delight and amuse everyone! Come hungry for an incredible dinner, artfully prepared, but with a few unexpected twists and turns. The star of the evening will be a Wellington, but we are just not going to give you all the inside scoop—no pun intended—of what is nestled under that crisp crust. We will feature a delicious salad that is sure to please, but no fooling —there will not be a shred of lettuce present. That fantastic Wellington will be accompanied by Herbed Parmesan Rice and a new twist on roasted broccoli. We will begin and end this scrumptious evening with delectable tomfoolery, so we will not reveal what the appetizer or dessert will be. Trust us and come hungry, ready for a fun feast full of surprises and laughter.

Welcome this delightful season at our delicious spring tea. Our annual tea class is a sight to behold and a feast for all to enjoy. It is the perfect time to celebrate the arrival of spring, honor mom and all the important people in your life, enjoy a relaxing, well-earned break from the day-to-day with a friend or savor the evening with that special guy or lady. It is an evening packed with fun, laughter and scrumptious food for all to enjoy. This event is in the style of a classic, English tea—so come hungry as the plentiful array of sweet and savory recipes will be served in multiple courses, creating a fantastic feast. Plus, you leave with all of the recipes and tips, so you can easily host your own event or special party. Our teas begin with cream scones, served with clotted cream and our own homemade strawberry jam, then you will enjoy an all-new array of unforgettable appetizers and sweets. Sit back, relax, have a cup of tea and celebrate spring!
