It’s cooking class time!

Posted by Kathy on January 7, 2019

Fun. Laughter. Eating lots of really good food. Learning new skills. All of those things happen in one of our cooking classes.

Was learning to cook a part of your New Year’s resolutions? Maybe you want to add some new ideas to your everyday dinners. Maybe it is time to plan a fun evening out with your friends and not just say “we should have.” Do you want to turn off the TV, get out and do something new? If your answer was yes to any of these, then a cooking class has got to be on your horizon.

Most of all, you not only have fun and eat lots at one of our classes, you will leave empowered to cook. We will show you how to easily cook so many delicious foods and teach you the skills so you can keep cooking. (Plus we promise, you will have fun learning and did we mention, you will laugh? A lot!)

What do you want to learn? One of our most popular topics is the Instant Pot, that perplexing electric pressure cooker that has grown like wild fire on the internet. We wrote the Instant and Healthy Cookbook for the American Heart Association and really know this appliance, so we can share all of the tips you need. Yes, you can get it out of the box and use it. We guarantee it. Carnatas, pasta, stocks, soups, chili and more. In minutes.

Do you own your Grandma’s cast iron skillet, but leave it alone, letting it collect dust? Oh, do you remember all the delicious foods she cooked? Fried chicken? Biscuits and Gravy? Sizzling steaks? While plain looking that skillet is the workhorse of every kitchen and really is easy to use—and clean. Let us show you how.

What about pies? Do you suffer from crust phobia? Or maybe you want to plan a tea party, but stop cold in your tracks. We tackle them all. We share all that we learned from our years in the test kitchen so you have the confidence of knowing that what you learn is factual and will work in your own kitchen. The recipes we share are tested and tested again—and will taste just as good when you prepare them in your own kitchen.

Come hungry. Leave not only full from what you ate, but empowered by what you can do.

Most of all, you will have fun.

But don’t want another second. Our classes sell out really quickly. Follow the links to the class you want and sign up today.
